Presentation
On a city scale, road traffic includes numerous electric vehicles whose batteries need to be adequately charged. The eMob-Twin project, supported by an ERC Proof of Concept grant and coordinated by Carlos Canudas-de-Wit of the Grenoble Image, Parole, Signal, Automatique laboratory (GIPSA-lab - CNRS/Université Grenoble Alpes), aims to adapt a mathematical model of traffic in the Grenoble urban area to the needs of the electric cars on the roads.
Why come and meet us?
We'll be demonstrating our tool for simulating the traffic and state of charge of the electric vehicle fleet on the scale of a metropolis, as well as the optimal placement of charging stations in correlation with "schemas directeurs" for electric vehicle charging infrastructures.
