For each scanned badge, I can:

  • assess the quality of the contact
  • link the lead to the employee who scanned it
  • define the type of contact (prospect, customer, partner or other)
  • indicate whether the lead is a prescriber, decision-maker or other
  • define the type of action to be taken (organise a meeting, send information, nothing or other)
  • add a free note
I can also configure these fields in advance.
Note: no field is mandatory
