STEP 2: Safety first!


• MANDATORY - before the 5th of May, 2025: Consult and complete the SPS Notice (Health Safety Notice) and send it to: sps@d-o-t.fr 
(page 1 to be completed and signed)

• Consult the Safety Notice



STEP 3: Prepare the logistics for assembly and dismantling



This  badge is compulsory and will be requested by anyone wishing to access  to the event (employees, delivery personnel, handlers, etc.).


• Print my Delivery labels 
To be affixed on each parcel.



STEP 4: Finalising the layout of my stand


• Order additional services with our "Technical Shop": coffee machines, fridges, cleaning services...

• Order additional furniture for my stand

• Place your order with the official caterer of the show (Maison Poirier) : COCKTAIL MENU | LUNCH TIME MENU
