STEP 2 : Safety first !

MANDATORY – before May 5, 2026 : Review and complete the SPS Notice: fill in and sign page 1, then send it to the following addresses:

  • exposants.DTZ@infopro-digital.com


STEP 3 : Prepare installation and dismantling logistics


Coming soon : Print my Installation & Dismantling Badges. This badge is mandatory and will be required for anyone needing access to the event (team members, delivery personnel, handlers, etc.).

• Review the Installation & Dismantling Information Document (access, on-site logistics, etc.)

• Print my delivery labels. To be affixed to each package.

STEP 4 : Finalize the layout of my booth

• Order additional services via our “Technical Shop” order form : coffee machine, fridge, cleaning…

• Order furniture for my booth

• Order catering services (Maison Poirier): COCKTAIL MENU | LUNCH
